What do we look for? Foster Wheeler graduates must be able to achieve the right balance between showing initiative and adopting a real team work ethic. Flair and self-reliance are vital as we’ll be looking to you to provide a genuine level of support to our clients at an early stage in your career. And in a multi-disciplinary environment that also requires you to support, and be supported by, colleagues too. You will need a minimum 2:2 degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or in Quantity Surveying or a Procurement-related degree Masters degrees are preferred for most of our graduate vacancies.
